Shipping Terms
The delivery takes place throughout Europe. Please note the shipping costs for the respective countries. The buyer bears the shipping costs for returning the dental impressions.
Shipping costs
Within the UK = £ 6.00 for packing and shipping by Royal Mail.
In case of cancellation, the packing & shipping cost will be charged if the goods have already been shipped to you. A cancellation will only take place if the goods have been sent back to Veneera™.
Delivery times
The goods will be delivered as follows:
- Handling time: 1-2 working days (Mo-Fr)
- Shipping time: within the UK 1-3 working days (Mo-Sa)
- Order cut-off time: 01:00pm BST
Please note that there is no shipping and no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

More payment details
When paying by credit card, your credit card account will be debited upon conclusion of the contract. If you have any questions, you will find our contact details in the imprint.
Right of withdrawal for individually manufactured products
By law, the 14-day right of withdrawal expires for products that are individually manufactured for the customer. Please note the point in the right of withdrawal: Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal.
Other information
We send the parcels with the finished custom-made products with DHL from Germany to our facility in Northampton , from there the parcel goes on with Royal Mail to your door.
